      <image:caption>Claire started Talk Creative to do things a little bit differently. She believes strongly in bringing a values-led approach to her work, and wanted to create a community of people who align with her passion for purpose - nationwide. Talk was born only two years ago, and has grown to have employees working around the country, across a multitude of clients and strategic (often not-for-profit) outcomes.  Claire’s ethos and intentions were clear, but in experiencing such growth, Claire reached out to Capo to help develop her capability in leading and engaging people. Her goal? - to understand the strengths and areas of development across the Talk collective, and to help the team feel supported in reaching their own potential.  CHALLENGE: Facing growth at speed with a mostly remote team has been challenging. Knowing and understanding her own strengths, and how to reflect on her own emotions and behavioural mindsets is a skill set in itself. Vito stepped in to help grow Claire’s capacity in trusting and developing her ability to communicate effectively with others, in support of a common goal. And to see all of the perspectives in order to connect in a way that resonates with different personality types. PROCESS: Claire completed a series of one-on-one sessions, along with a personality profiling and several collective team sessions.  Claire quickly put evidence into practice and now understands more about the emotional push-points across the team, which in turn has meant a more transparent and collaborative relationship structure across the collective.  “The Talk team are more engaged and happier as a result of Vito's engagement, post Covid. Capo connected with Phyo following a conversation with WellingtonNZ, who made the connection due to the journey Phyo indicated he wanted to take his team on. Phyo was losing sleep, quite literally, trying to figure out how he could ignite his team to stay on track and be on board with the company’s vision. “Capo has made a huge difference to our business - I now get a better night’s sleep, you know there’s a lot of stress being an entrepreneur, with financial worries, clients’ needs and managing people”. CHALLENGE: Phyo had a vision and goals for the business, but had kept that to just the senior leaders in the business, and the vision and goals weren’t set in stone, there was a bit of a transition period for the company. “Vito provided guidance to solidify our clear vision and alignment within the team, each team member also has enjoyed sessions with Vito, and they understand how their roles contribute to the bigger picture. We are all working towards one goal. It really feels like the whole team has become one!”. Phyo said while he was busy bringing in business and meeting with clients, he felt the team's motivation and focus was misaligned and lacked enthusiasm and spark. “Now our communications are streamlined - and we have a happy and more productive team. It’s boosted their confidence and overall has made for a much more positive environment.” PROCESS:   Through a series of one-on-one coffee sessions, for Phyo and some team members, completing a series of self-awareness tests, and mentoring around the company’s future, plus individual and group sessions, Fox&amp;Co feel like they are moving forward in unison. “We have learned more about each other and understand how we each behave under stress - so we can identify why. Understanding why helps us to communicate better.” “Vito encouraged us to share our goals and bring the whole team on the journey. We can now see the success of this, sharing ideas and inviting the team to have input. We found out the team have passion for what they do and wanted to help reach the company's goals. Nicky has a solid reputation for getting to the heart of the big picture, providing effective, practical solutions for Plat4m’s clients and associated community. What’s on top for Nicky? Well, it’s growth. And this pathway toward sustaining that growth led her straight to Vito. She knew she needed stewardship and guidance in tackling the many priorities of her business. CHALLENGE: “Working on my business while managing a team and getting the doing done is one of my biggest challenges. Vito really helps me stay on track with my goals.” Nicky tends to get caught up on the day-to-day doing to ensure her clients’ needs are being met. Sound familiar? So keeping Nicky’s eye on the goals that were set for the quarter has been their key objective, together. “I’ve appreciated being held to account, and keeping me on the path to help grow Plat4m in a way that’s facing my fears, helping me lead confidently, and that is sustainable for the way in which we work.” PROCESS: Through a series of one-on-one cups of tea, completing the Deeper Signals self-awareness profiling test for her and her team, and mentoring around priority planning, Nicky now feels in total control of the company’s future. “Vito has given me the tools to engage the team with more precise direction and purpose - and, they say, with better leadership! We needed a structure, and I have learned that the structure can be flexible.
